Cancellation Policy

1- Cancellation Periods and Deduction Amounts (Unless otherwise stated by the Hotel)

  • For cancellations made up to 30 days before the reservation date; no fee is charged,

  • For cancellations made up to 7-29 days before the reservation date; 50% of the total amount is collected,

  • For cancellations made when less than 7 days remain before the reservation's check-in date; 100% of the total amount is collected,

  • In case of early departure from the hotel, the accommodation fee is not refunded, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged,

  • Non-refundable reservations are non-refundable; In such cases, if a cancellation request is made, it will not be valid and 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. 

 

2- In case of an increase in the price of the reservation, the additional difference will not be requested from the customer, and the discounts made by the hotel will not be refunded to the customer.


3- When deemed necessary, the hotel may partially or completely change or cancel the hotel reservation that it has announced or registered, provided that it notifies the customer, up to 7 days before the start date. If the customer does not accept this change and cancellation, the reservation will be canceled and the full fee paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer. In this case, the customer is not entitled to compensation.

4- Force Majeure

  • Natural disasters, social events, international relations, technical failures, strikes and protests, etc. that may occur between, at the beginning or before the hotel reservation dates.  The hotel cannot be held responsible for the lack of service of the hotel or the inability to provide service.
