This contract is located in Asagi Mah. Gedik Sok. No:43 Uçhisar Beldesi Merkez/Nevşehir/Turkey with the contact number +90 384 219 21 23 İÇİREN GIDA TURİZM SAN. VE TİC. LTD. STI. It is between (referred to as Kappadoks Cave Hotel in the contract) and the person who completed the online reservation process on or (referred to as the CUSTOMER in the contract); The address, identity and contact information used by the customer while becoming a member is taken as basis.

2. The customer who purchases accommodation through our site is obliged to pay the entire service fee at the time of booking. The reservation will not be finalized until the full payment is made.

3. In case of a price increase in the contract price, the additional difference will not be requested from the customer, and the discounts, which are called action by Kappadoks Cave Hotel, are not refunded to the customer.

4. In case it is not possible for the customer to attend the purchased accommodation service, he may transfer his reservation to a third party who will fulfill all the conditions applicable to the contract by notifying Kappadoks Cave Hotel at least 15 days before the accommodation start date. In this case, the person(s) who transfer and take over the contract are jointly responsible for the payment of the balance amount against Kappadoks Cave Hotel and all additional expenses arising from the said transfer. Kappadoks Cave Hotel does not accept any responsibility and collects the entire accommodation fee from the transferor and the transferee (severally) in the event that the customers do not have a visa, and cannot obtain a visa from the relevant institution until the start date of the accommodation, although they have made an application. In the event that the person transferring the service is not in the same status as the transferor, the transfer does not take place or the transfer process is completed by removing the special discounts made.

5. Kappadoks Cave Hotel may partially/completely change or cancel the reservation before or during the service for a reason not caused by the customer. The customer can accept these changes or accept another alternative service offered by Kappadoks Cave Hotel. If the customer does not accept the changes, he has the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the fee paid under the contract. Although Kappadoks Cave Hotel has shown all the necessary care, it is an obstacle to the start or continuation of the service; The reservation may be canceled or postponed due to strike, terrorism, possibility of war, unpredictable technical issues and all these and similar force majeure reasons. For cancellations made up to 30 days before the customer's reservation date; no fee is charged. For cancellations made up to 7-29 days before the customer's reservation date; 50% of the total amount is collected. In the cancellations made when the customer has less than 7 days to the check-in date of the reservation; 100% of the total amount is collected. In case of early departure from the hotel, the accommodation fee is not refunded, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged. The customer declares that the fee will not be canceled for non-refundable reservations; In such cases, the customer declares, accepts and undertakes that if he/she requests cancellation, it will not be valid and will pay the entire contract price to Kappadoks Cave Hotel. In the event of a customer's request for a change in service, provided that this change is approved by Kappadoks Cave Hotel, if there is a price difference between the previously received service and the newly requested service, the customer must immediately pay the difference to Kappadoks Cave Hotel upon the acceptance of the change request. However, if the price of the new service is lower than the price of the previous service, Kappadoks Cave Hotel will refund the difference to the customer. The reservation cancellation request is accepted and the customer pays the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations, provided that he or his first-degree relatives' accommodation period coincides with the 10-days' habitual obstacles to his occupation, with an official report from the Fully Equipped State Hospital or in case of death, provided that this is documented. Except for the non-refundable costs that can be paid and documented to third parties, the price paid by the customer is returned to him. In this case, the report and documents will be submitted before the start of the service. If the customer does not notify in writing that he will participate in the accommodation service that he missed the beginning of; Kappadoks Cave Hotel reserves the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the customer after 24 hours. No refund will be made to the customer for such cancellations.

6. Kappadoks Cave Hotel and the Customer will duly fulfill their obligations arising from this contract.

7. Kappadoks Cave Hotel is obliged to forward the Preliminary Information Form/Voucher/Mail, which includes preliminary information on the qualifications, sales price and payment method, and performance of the service subject to this contract, to the customer as specified in Article 9 of the contract. Kappadoks Cave Hotel is not responsible for situations arising from the customer and personal responsibilities of third parties.

8. Customers who purchase service with a credit card are required to notify the bank to which the card belongs to their early payment and installment reduction requests and make them to the payment branches determined by the bank. When the customers cancel the service they have received with their credit card in installments, for any reason, Kappadoks Cave Hotel will return the amount taken from the credit card to the customer's credit card. The refund is returned to the customer's card according to the business rules of the banks. Bank rules are also valid for refunds regarding payments made in installments, and Kappadoks Cave Hotel has no obligation and no means of intervention in case the payments made in installments are returned to the card in installments. Kappadoks Cave Hotel accepts MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX and TROY credit cards for payment; reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

9. Kappadoks Cave Hotel will be able to make all notifications to the customer in written form or through a permanent data provider (e-mail, short message and any similar tool or medium). The customer is obliged to notify Kappadoks Cave Hotel within 30 days from the date on which the service should be performed or if the contract is not performed at all or as required due to its duty of care. Notifications made after this period will be deemed invalid. The customer has given to Kappadoks Cave Hotel employees and/or websites during the reservation; e-mail, cell phone, etc. It accepts and declares that it allows the information and the newsletters sent by the websites for campaign announcement purposes. If the customer declares that he does not want the notifications and announcements made to his own communication channels, Kappadoks Cave Hotel undertakes to terminate the sending of e-mails, short messages (SMS) and mail.

10. All Republic of Turkey Nevşehir Enforcement Office and Courts, Consumer Arbitration Committees and other organizations authorized by law are authorized to resolve all disputes arising from this contract. If one or more of the articles of the agreement are deemed invalid for any reason, the other provisions of the agreement will not be affected by this invalidity and will remain in effect. This contract has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and the provisions of the Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulation are valid for matters that are not regulated in the contract. The customer is deemed to have accepted and committed to the terms of the contract by signing this contract/confirming it electronically or making the reservation.
